“Room we're great, no pool, no maintenance, outside in poor condition. Breakfast average. Cold water showers no hot water.”

“We enjoyed a 2 night stay, breakfast was plentiful, it was quiet and very clean. Friendly and polite staff.”

“When we checked in, there was nobody at the front desk for a while, the chairs look old and dirty, there is no electrical plug near the end table and no coffee maker. ”

“Price higher than advertised because of additional casino-related taxes. Beds were not that comfortable. Front desk clerk charged my credit card twice and then couldn't fix it (also didn’t apologize or appear to care for her mistake). After having to explain the double charges to the manager multiple times, he eventually offered bonus points for the hassle - turns out the amount of bonus points he gave me is equivalent to a free coffee from Starbucks, but of course he made it sound like it was……

“We had a two night, two room reservation through Expedia. When we got to the hotel the front desk attending, rudely informed me that they had overbooked the hotel and that since we booked through Expedia the cancelled our reservation and sent us a message through Expedia. The message, which we didn’t see since we were traveling was sent 3 hrs prior to the scheduled check in time. The attendant at the front desk informed us that they have rooms at the adjoining hotel but that she would not……

“Great friendly convenient”

“Words cannot express how wonderful this place and its owners were when we stayed here for my brother's funeral. Peaceful, welcoming, beautiful, and positively just what we needed to make a time of sorrow much more bearable. We have stayed ay many VRBO's over the years and this was by far the best experience we have ever had. Thank you Chris and Jay for being such wonderful hosts. God truly blessed us when He led us to you.”

“Large great room was perfect for catching up with family. Property was clean with lots of space. Within short driving distance of everything in Columbus. ”

“Great hotel. Clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was good. The surrounding area was nice and seemed safe, with plenty of food options close by. Our only complaint was the sofa bed. The mattress was horribly thin and you could feel every spring in it. Nobody could sleep on that. So our son had to sleep on the sofa itself, and not the pullout. Other than that, it was a great hotel and great stay.”

“Clean Rooms”

“The owners are the nicest people. The property had lots of grass for our dogs. Breakfast was more than adequate even though it was continental. Bed was comfortable and the shower was wonderful. Great place to stay.”
